Wheat Free / Dairy Free

Our Wheat free / Dairy free meal plans are designed to exclude all wheat products and all dairy products (excluding plain yogurt which is beneficial to maintaining friendly bacteria in the intestines). Wheat and dairy have been found to cause the highest amount of food related allergic reactions and sensitivities. These two foods are responsible for eliciting the most allergic symptoms and when consumed regularly can contribute to various aliments. Our Wheat free / Dairy free meal plans would be beneficial for those with the following conditions:

  • Crohn’s disease
  • Colitis (ulcerative colitis)
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Heartburn
  • Migraines
  • Inflammatory reactions
  • Asthma

All of our meal plans meet the recommended dietary allowance for all nutrients, which are important for a healthy and vibrant body.
