Sample Diet Analysis for one day. Members receive a detailed one month analysis outlining any nutrient deficiencies according to the recommended dietary allowances.
Instructions
1. Select Date
2. Select food group (optional)
3. In Food Description, type in desired ingredient and press Search
4. Choose appropriate ingredient from select food list, then press Add Meal to display in list below (Repeat until all ingredients have been entered)
5. Select your serving size and meal type for each ingredient and press Save Changes
6. In Display Mode choose desired meal to be displayed. (i.e. Breakfast)
(Keep Display Mode at All until all ingredients have been entered)
  Note: you can store your diet analysis for 1 month, and return to view past entries by clicking on the desired calendar date above.
