Our Pregnancy Meal plans are comprised of highly nutritious and well-balanced foods to achieve optimal health for both mother and baby. We include foods that are loaded with antioxidants, fiber, complex carbohydrates, good quality proteins and essential fatty acids, which are all vital for proper fetal development and a healthy mom.
We encourage you to choose organic foods that are free of pesticides, herbicides, hormones, antibiotics, and are more nutrient dense.
All of our meal plans meet the recommended dietary allowance for all nutrients, which are important for a healthy mother and baby. We recommend that you update your profile after 6-8 weeks to allow us to reassess your needs.
