My Nutrition The “my nutrition” section of the site is a dynamic, database driven system that creates highly personalized nutrition programs via completion of a nutrition profile. This profile contains questions about goals, body composition, dietary preferences, allergies and present state of health. Our proprietary system is also capable of analyzing your current diet to see if you are meeting the Recommended Dietary Allowance or R.D.A for all nutrients. After completing this profile the system will design a complete nutritional program for you that not only meets the R.D.A for all nutrients but also supports you in the achievement of your health and fitness goals.
My Fitness The “my fitness” section of the site is also a dynamic, database driven system. Like the “my nutrition” section, “my fitness” creates highly personalized fitness programs via completion of a detailed and thorough fitness analysis. The results of this fitness testing, which includes analysis of flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health and training experience enables our system to create the fitness program that is right for your body and your goals. Proper fitness testing ensures that you are receiving a truly personalized program designed to help correct weakness and imbalance in the muscle systems and helps to systematically progress you to your chosen health and fitness goal.
My Supplements The “my supplements” section provides highly effective supplement strategies designed to support you in the achievement of your health and fitness goals. We provide supplement recommendations for fat loss, building muscle, increasing energy and overall health as well as supplement plans that address most health conditions from arthritis to ulcers.
