Increase Lean Muscle and Strength

Our Muscle Building meal plans are comprised of high protein and nutrient dense foods that in conjunction with our weight-training program, are designed to elicit maximum muscle growth and strength. There are no refined carbohydrates and no artificial ingredients. We include 5-8 meals a day (dependant upon individual caloric requirements) to ensure sustained muscle growth.

All of our meal plans meet the recommended dietary allowance for all nutrients, which are important for a muscular and healthy body.
We recommend that you update your profile after 6-8 weeks to allow us to reassess your needs.
